It's bad.  The other day I thought to myself "all these builds and I don't have a single m4gery".

Moments later after an avalanche of guns fell out of my safe because a bunch of slings got tangled, I remember I had three m4gerys LOL.

Them's nice!

I gotta get #40 rear for my #45M. She chonk but the most aesthetically pleasing rail I've ever seen. I really want to get a #59M for my 20" and slap the FF RAS on something else.

I love the offset RDS in that spot. It’s fast and easy to acquire. I’m not sure what height the badger RDS arms sit in relation to the optic, but the Arisaka mount I’m using is my favorite because it lets me get my dot on the same relative plane as my razor, so transitions are very easy and fast since it’s a 35 degree mount.

I appreciate it! I'm not sure the exact height of the J-arm either but I know I can rotate slightly and have a perfect sight picture of the dot. I may try it on the other attachment point and see if it improves anything.

I really don't plan on selling it anytime soon, knock on wood. Medical issues in the family drove me to sell off some of my collection, now I am slowly getting them back. If you are really interested, I think I may have found a source that has the gg&g rail, new old stock. Then you'd just have to track down the b.e. Meyers 249f. Only [email protected].. lol. I remember stumbling across some contract 249f's for $69 in 2018. Shoulda bought a some, but I already had 2 at the time.

I've seen some purple ano, but that's straight magenta! It has a glow to it. I'd like to see it on an all purple ano build. Is that really from the sun fading it? I just thought that happened as a result of the process.

I don't know how it happens to be honest.  I don't buy sun fade as the color would be uneven, especially where panels lived.

Been thinking about a new optic for the CASV mini. Can’t decide between a lpvo (like another accupoint or leupold vxr) or a TA44 mini Acog.

What might have been a correct GWOT optic option beside the Aimpoint M68?

Nice. How you like the reduced angle tango down grip? I've been looking replace my A2 grips with a reduced angle option, while trying to retain some clone points. I'm not much of a fan of the magpul grip, so that leaves the tango down, bcm gunfighter grip, or the new reptilia cqc grip.

@Sonerglitch For the casv build, assuming its a10.3" barrel, and the rail has the fsb cutout, you could go trijicon accupoint tr21 (hard to find), trijicon ta01-nsn, eotech 551, eotech 552, or eotech 553. If anyone out there is looking to part with a TR21 I am in desperate need.

It’s a non-fsb 10.5” with the midlength CASV. I have a TA31 and a TR24 used on other rifles. Could always bump the Acog over to the mini.

Been thinking about an older style Eotech, probably the best option, but I was kinda wanting to try out a little magnification on it with a lpvo.

I think I saw a TR21 or two over on eBay. Not sure how fair of a deal they would be on there.

I’m so used to running the piggyback dot that I’m not sure what to do now that it’s now too high up. Definitely more of a bottom of the chin weld with it on a CASV

Maybe I’ll stick to the lpvo route if I can ever decide on my budget for one.

Out of the options you have, I'd go with the tr24. If you decide to get an eotech, the 552 is easy to find and affordable.
ive been watching that one on the bay for little while now. I was bidding on a different one a couple months back, and I would've gotten it had it not been for the stupid itar box that pops up when bidding on itar restricted items. I was devastated. I thought my bid went through, and watched it count down, only to get a "you are not the winner, you suck" message. Anyhow, here is the casv-elt with a 552. I went to mount some accessory rails to my hand guard, and realized I must have let all of my mounting screws go with the casv's I sold in the past. now I gotta track down some screws. here is the start of my next 10.3'' eod cqbr build. 2005-2007ish?

I like tango downs aesthetics/ shape, but the original has a seriously steep angle. I recently saw the reduced angle for the first time, but wanted to hear some first hand accounts before getting one. The reptilia cqc looks comfortable too. Plus there is the hogue 15 degree grip or the mission first tactical 'engage' grip. Basically I found more options than I expected.

I’ve been thinking about it. Been sitting in my shopping cart for a while now but can’t get the nerve to pull the trigger. Not sure what I would build other than a 5th 14.5.
