No, but I desperately want to piece together a build similar to what I carried in 04-05 Iraq, minus the AT4 obviously.

I've bee on looking as well, for a while now. They are still available new with the lo-pro/40L sight at mounts plus. Close to 2 hundo, but brand new. The last one I saw for sale here was 2017, but it had been modified for scope clearance. Haven't seen one since. I'll let you know if I see anything else.

My only regret is that I didn’t try harder to find a 104. Then it would have been spot on clone correct.

Luckily the Alpha guys run whatever they want, especially in terms of optics and lights, so there’s a lot of wiggle room in cloning their stuff.

Imod/emod is peak stock performance. Only furniture where I actually use the storage compartments.

I have a big beard and it’s never pulled a single hair. Don’t understand people’s complaints about Vltor stocks

She finna get a teardrop FA, 14,5" barrel, and I'm gonna see if I can gather the stones to chop the Armalite this weekend. I'll probably steal the barrel from my bastardized OGS. That thing needs a 12.5" barrel anyway.

Vltor is Definitely in my top 3. Can't say I favor one over the other, but between sopmod, modstock (imod/emod too) and the ti-7 sopmod. The vltors are great, and you can completely remove the battery tube storage compartments for a sleeker stock. Makes em look pretty wicked too.

I can dig up some pics, but I've owned some "colt" uppers in the past, without the FN cage code, where the raised C looked exactly like the ones on these FN contract uppers. I think I was told in the past by a few sources, that they were actually FN uppers too, though they didn't have a cage code. Does that sound familiar/correct to anyone? I originally thought they were colt, but told the could be FN. I'll see if I can find my old pics.

eta- notice how the C cardinal upper has a different style of C, when compared to the rest. I believe at one point I was told by another member that it could be an FN contract upper. Somewhere I've got a pic of another upper with a raised C that looks like the oddball Cardinal forge C. Not a big deal, just wondering if their is any truth to the FN comment.

It's probably really close to that. A.R.M.S. S.I.R. raises 0.5", #54 adds 1.5" to that for a total of 2", then add for dot height (which could theoretically be at the very bottom of the glass).

My long ass neck and face wouldn't find it uncomfortable
