I picked up one of their C7 uppers a few months ago, but the last H&R A1 upper drop killed my Gordon clone barrel fund. Also found Microbest phosphate chrome lined BCGs for 89 bones a pop so I picked up two of 'em. I can guarantee that by the time I replenish that, the 14.7" H&R barrel assemblies will be gone.
I'm gonna have to stop buying ammo to get all of these retro projects moving again... |

I hate to be that guy, but if you don’t already have ammo, it’s a bad time to buy. It’s only going to contribute to the panic buying, shortages, and price increases.
Hold the storm, dry fire, shake down your gear, test your comms, call your mom, and chill. The ammo will come back. We’ve seen this BS every time something shakes the tree of liberty. AWB, O-bomb-ya elected (x2), Covid, Buy-em-off Biden election, Putin’s (most recent) folly… Even just a few days has slowed down the panic. SGAmmo’s website’s “sky is falling” banner is not as crazy as it was on Friday night. I’m not about to start buying Norma 5.56 M855 on stripper clips yet, but maybe in two weeks or so… Edit - speelz is hard and bourbon is flowing. Edit 2 - Christ on a cruise ship - either my spelling has gone to shit, my autocorrect hates me, or I’m thinker than I drunk I am. |

You could not even find gas tube pins. That was the worst I have ever seen. Since then it always happens at least once a year. So yea if you dont have mags and ammo by now you just are not paying attention. I think this one is artifical. I would be suprised if it lasts beyond the next restock. The down side is on Saturday I bought M855 by the case for 44 cpr and now it is OOS and listed at 57 cpr. Still plenty of 9 at 22-23 cpr though. |

I started building my first AR in November of 2012, I had everything except for the BCG when the panic struck. It took me months to find one and it cost almost $200. |

But the good news is the rush for A1s doesn't happen as often anymore and the drops are more frequent so now I just quickly check anytime from 2:30 to 3:15ish and usually if they have dropped I'll see them. |

Has anyone else noticed the two different size A1 grips on the H&R lowers? I ended up with two standard size A1 grips and one fat A1 grip.
