All the same trimmings. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Originally Posted By Lancelot: Originally Posted By azoutdoorsman: Originally Posted By ArJunaBug: a TRUE clone with all of the selector switch positions!M16A1/M4A1 right-click then View Image to zoom in and see details. Looks like a GG&G A2, which I was issued in Iraq as a replacement for a broken Matech (see above pics). That was a unit level deal though and not wide-spread... so maybe not *the* most accurate rear sight for a clone, but not wrong. Whatcha gonna do for a sling? |

Yeah, I know I'm a 13er, but WTF ever. I am seeing some non M-4's here, meaning missing the M203 cuts on the barrel.
Don't eat me, just trying to follow the rules. |

Lt Manson asked Cpt Becton if he thought they'd have to abandon ship, to which he snapped, "No! I'll never abandon ship as long as a gun will fire."
USS Laffey DD-724 The ship that would not die |
The big brown truck just brought by BCM 16" M4 upper (with BCG, snicker, snicker), KAC RAS and KAC 200-600 meter rear sight.
I'll get pics up when it gets all together. |

If I am not mistaken, and mods never make mistakes, to post in here you at least need an M4 profile barrel. I would be willing to nuke any airsoft guns, or non-M4's that are posted. And I'm starting to wonder about M4's that hide the barrel. But that's just me.

My issued M4 before a field exercise. Quickly threw together the G2 (with LED upgrade) in a VTAC mount I happened to bring because I forgot a proper weapon light.

Thought about it, but I'm planning on using this one to replace my current patrol rifle (1975 A1 converted to semi), so it will need a light at least and a RDS. |

The happy switch makes that a bona-fide M4 instead of just another clone Back in the day, some manufacturers used to offer a service where registered receivers that were worn out could be replaced with new receivers that would be marked and serial numbered identically. I forget the exact details of the story, but IIRC, something happened related to Oly/SGW and the BATF put a kibosh on the practice, and thus, it can no longer be done. ~Augee |

New here as well, figured I'd go ahead and get a pic up. This is my first AR and I'm completely in love with this rifle. I believe this fits the category.

Here is my m4gery. It has a PSA chrome lined 14.7" upper with perm. attached A2 hider. It has a Joe Bob MPI/HPT bolt carrier group. The lower parts kit is a PSA, and the lower is a Surplus Arms and Ammo. It has a ARMS #71L-R BUIS, and a Vortex Strikefire Red Dot. I kind of want to put a magnifier on it, but I don't think it will fit with the space I have on the Rail. How "authentic" does my m4 clone look? I realize the optic won't match, but I don't have the desire or money to spend more on an aimpoint or eotech right now. |

Might as well throw mine in here as it stands. I want a different optic; but a PVS 14 is calling my name.
Kitchen counter pics, might post some more when I go out with it in a couple weeks. Close up of the lovely petina. |

Here's my Colt m-4 with Magpul furniture. Magpul grip, hand guard, vertical fore grip, stock, PMag, BAD lever, ASAP, sling mount, and Vortex Strikefire. I know there's a BUIS (rear) around here somewhere but damned if I can find it. |
