ETA looks like the center of the donut is actually your 200m aiming point. Top of ring 100 and bottom of ring 300. Even worse than I thought! |

I got a takeoff Colt SOCOM upper off the EE. Waiting to pick up a Colt lower, so I mocked up and test fired on another lower. 
8rds in and I had a failure. BCG was stuck. I didn't bring tools, so range day was cut short. 
After taking things apart and beating stuff, it looks like the pin on the forward assist sheared and the pieces locked up the BCG. Other than parts and pieces, this is my first Colt purchase. Hopefully my lower doesn't fail on me too. |
