You're going to want to watch this video tour of Daniel Defense's gun vault. The unicorn is shown/discussed at 4 min 55 sec. You're welcome. Note: no mention of it making a comeback.

That's good. I just got my 1st MK18. It's a factory Daniel Defense. What buffer set up are you running?

Operation Carbon-Bukkake Cleanup is about to commence on the CQBR... shit's bout to get real.
First, I'm gonna take some tasteful, high-class carbon porn pics and then it's on. Already got the RC soaking with CLR; fucker is 2.85oz overweight, which is a new record. Total, that's right at 4.5oz it's gained in 10k. Then, if I survive the flood of carbon sludge, I'll move on to Project Hotdog-Down-A-Hallway and swap out the barrel :D. I still haven't heard back from DD about a replacement, but I figure I'll need the old barrel ready to ship either way it goes. I'll just use the spare I have on hand and if DD gives me a free replacement, that'll be the new spare. Hopefully, I'll hear something back on Monday. Wish me luck, it could get ugly. |

Ordered a Dbal D2 in FDE today to hunt pigs at night with my CQBR. Clone incorrect enough to get kicked out of the thread?

I know it has been covered but I can't find it. What port size and buffer works reliably on your Mk18s suppressed and non-suppressed with quality ammo?
Thank you. |

It would be pretty slick if they did a re-release of the rail. I'm not gonna hold my breath though. Originally Posted By -KentuckyWindage-:

Stupid question but what kind of wrench are y’all using to torque down the NT4 flash hider? I don’t have anything small enough to get to the flats and I don’t want to stick anything between the tines to torque it down.

USGI barrel nut wrench works on the M4QD flash hider/mount, the old rectangle version.
