If you're talking to me it's a Spikes 5.5" barrel with Vortex attached.

(Shot on my sons play mat, since I told the wife it was for him)

Still waiting for the Acog, but I finally shot yesterday.  Very impressed with accuracy and reliability. Ate the Remington Golden Bullet with out any complaints. Was shooting steel at 50 yards making all hits easily.

It looks like a "YHM" (Yankee Hill Machine) logo in the pic...but can't find it on their website.

ZM produced for YHM.  You have to buy a para rifle now to get one.

I just posted this over at SIG forum, but it is more appropriate to post it here -

Here is my setup. Base weapon is a two tax stamp, factory original, full auto Colt AR15 Model 639 with matching s/n moderator (70's export version of an XM177E2). I asked Rick Kuehl to build a full auto 10" barrel shorty upper using a factory Colt AR15 9mm upper, repro moderator, grenade launcher ring, and four Ciener steel magazines with mag loader. I would have liked an 11.5" barreled upper, but Rick did not have any 11.5" barrels available. I wanted to use a 9mm upper because it does not have a gas tube hole and it does have a half sized ejecton port door and a brass deflector.

Complete base weapon with Kuehl upper on top.

Colt factory moderator compared with repro moderator. Notice that correctly neither has a bayonet lug.

Base weapon with Kuehl upper installed.

Base weapon taken down with Kuehl upper. Notice that nasty Colt factory auto sear and tapered delta rings.

well...nothing fancy but here's my spikes tactical ST-22. only change is the mag pull trigger guard and streamview lite. i had some FTE problems on it's maiden outing and I've done some polishing and cleaning as per the "how to make your 22 run" thread on here. I'm gonna take some different fodder next time out for trial, too.

so far i don't see a need for optics, bi-pod or front hand grip; accuracy is better than i can shoot it. the streamview lites up the place like a flare when i need it and the sight picture is perfect from the standard A2 sights. (but then I'm prejudiced towards the military sights from army training.)

Hey, had a question . My brother just bought a S&W M&P-15-22 with a 6" barrel pistol . He was wondering if there was an AR stock made that would fit it . And if you have to get a special permit to have it that way.We are in VA. I think you do but i'm not 100% sure .Thought i would ask. THANKS...

Adding a buttstock makes it a Short Barreled Rifle. As far as I know SBRs are legal in VA, but there is a legal process that's necessary to go through first as well as a $200 tax that must be paid for the privilege. Check the Class 3 section here for more info:

Thanks.  Not an integral, but modeled after the 9mm, LRM M-169 integral.

5" barrel w/ Tactical Innovations TAC16 (that's now dang near welded on from not cleaning it.  Weighs about 4lbs more than it should, due to all the lead buildup.    )

Colt M16, registered receiver.

Been whore these around today, might as well put it here too.
Just got my stamps and finished putting it together.
Debating on spraying the stock, but taking off the collapsible trigger and leaving that black.
I still have to do the trigger guard, forgot it in the LPK bag when i was spraying.

Redtazdog 5" barrel
Spike's blem upper
Spike's 7" BAR
Spike's 22 dedicated bolt kit
cheap Sightmark red dot
Double Star lower
run of the mill LPK
Thompson Machine CHD 22LR can. This makes the gun. It fills the tube WAAAY better than a normal 1"dia can.
Duracoat Desert Beige

Stag lower. Magpul accessories. Ambi selector. Tactical Solutions upper with Black Dog mags. Haven't had time to shoot it yet but it went together well.
Vortex 1-5x scope with bullet drop reticle. Nice scope for about $175.00.  EWG rings.

Here's my first ever rifle. I know it's nothing special, but it's providing a hell of a lot fun on my farm.

S&W 15-22
MOE Stock
MIAD grip
XTM Panels
BAD Lever
Diamond Head Premium Sights
Larue Hand Stops
Knock-off Aimpoint (keeps it's zero just fine)

I plan on buying an AR for-end adapter and throw on a VTAC Hand Guard. Besides that I'm in love with it.

Here's my simple build:
CMMG barrel
Colt 604 upper
CMMG stainless bolt conversion

Loves Federal bulk pack, tolerates CCI Standard Velocity, hates CCI Mini-Mags.  Fun shooter, plenty accurate for a trainer/plinker.
