Looks like the left most rifle is the 22(brass deflector). Whats that buffer tube end cap on that middle weapon?

Yeah, I'ld like to know too.

Not as nice as some of these builds, but it is a gun my wife and I are building together for her.  The upper is a DPMS...now to put it all together this weekend.  I may eventually ditch the MBUS and throw on a Bushnell or Nikon AR Rimfire scope.  I also have a PA red dot that could go on there, it just depends on her preference.

Spike's Tactical lower receiver and standard lower parts kit
Spike's Tactical ST-22 Green Mountain Barrel M4 Upper 16"
Magpul ASAP, MBUS rear sight, MOE stock
Bravo Company BCMGUNFIGHTER Mod0 grip
Some surplus M16 sling

Extremely accurate rifle, one-hole at 25yd, and it suppresses very well. No malfunctions in over 200rd, with 175 of that suppressed.

TRS-25 is temporary until the PA 3MOA red dots get here.

The girlfriend really likes it suppressed. heh.

About a month ago, I made a thread on here asking if I should build a dedicated .22 upper for a spare lower I had or just buy a s&w 15-22. With the crazy mag prices of the 15-22, I decided to do the former. Well long story short, I decided instead to sell my spare lower (for a nice chunk of change) and cannibalize of one my 5.56 rifles.
5.56 before-

.22 after-

A package from taccom got here today and I literally just put this together (also my first complete solo AR assembly at home). I'm also glad I only painted the upper instead of the whole thing- I used an old can of tan krylon I had I the garage and I don't like it as is but I'm too tired to redo it right now.

anyway, specs are:
16" taccom .22 m4 profile barrel
taccom reliability kit
cmmg ss bravo bcg
11" vtac rail
trijicon rm06 rmr on a kz mount
lwrc trigger

This is the solution we came up with to stop the hand guards from rotating.

Here is a close up of the old school side sling adapter & the 3-prong flash hider.

Definitely a .22 :-)

The way the rear aperature is that would actually not be reversed as the concave portion is facing the rear when installed like that.  It is my understanding that the concave portion is supposed to face your eye.

Edited to add I just saw a video with them oriented the other way so I am not sure.  I always thought the concave portion of the aperature faced your eye.

Threw the TR24 on here instead of the T1. Also added a 4 slot NSR rail as well. Will be a fun little plinker once I find more ammo.

$69 ATI Omni poly lower.
$299 Chiappa Poly upper. 1/16 twist 2 mags
$89 RRA LPK/Houge grip
$60 Magpul MOE stock
$29 UTG buffer tube
$45 Nikon P223 rings
$65 CenterPoint Walmart scope

So far I am not impressed, but then I bought up whatever I could at reasonable pricing and availability during "The Crazy"
It shoots but it will take some more gunsmithing to be reliable. The Chiappa upper is terrible. Very cheaply made.
It is pretty darn accurate though considering the only quality parts are the LPK and the stock.

The other gun is my Spikes lower/.223/5.56PSA upper.

My two ARs (again)

Made some changes to the 22
Seekins lower (ditched the ATI), Magpul furniture, still the Chiappa upper. Cheap Walmart scope.

Good shooter with that CMMG mag. Terrible with all others including Blackdog. Not sure what's up yet

Well my scope mount made it in today. Weighs in at 6.8lbs unloaded with A2 stock and rifle buffer still in it (shares lower with a 20")

With its Sig 522 Brother.

I was stripping it down today and noticed the charging handle was polymer. At first I was like "WTF is this shit"... then I noticed the CMMG logo, haha..Didn't know the CMMG 22 CH was polymer, I'm just happy it came with one instead of a regular channeled version.

Ok - I bought this in the EE - I always wanted a dedicated 22lr upper - ended up buying a whole gun.

TNW billet upper and lower, a CMMG barrel with the collar - I like 20 round AR mags - and do like the Black Dog Machine 15 rounders as the are the same size at the box 20's - went to the range on a wet day today and had a little fun. - this was all shot at about 20 yards.

Having gone thu the last 59+ pages of this topic - I so want to get a SBR and a silencer -

nice rifle! dedicated .22s are great. I will say though that your carry handle is one notch too far back on the receiver... the front should line up with the end of the receiver. but if you did that on purpose, then disregard.
