Passive testing T2 in a 1.93" 45° Badger Ordinance works pretty well for me with a monocular.
This is on my Geissele blem 10.5" rail upper and 14.5" Criterion Hybrid barrel.
Have a Surefire 300 Vampire, will probably add a Kiji 3° to make myself a poor man's MAWL without a Laser.

@Wormydog1987

Is that a 10” urx4??? Looks shorter than I’d expect a 10.75” to look on a 12.5” barrel.

Nice rig!

It is 10.75", easy enough to count the slots on the side and compare to stock photos.

You got me curious so I checked with a cleaning rod and tape measure and the barrel is actually 13”! Crazy

384. Obviously the 640 would be better. But it wasn't worth the extra to me.

I have a 640 handheld spotter. It's nice. But this works out to a couple hundred yards probably. I haven't really pushed it out past 100 yet anyway.

Eventually I'll get something like the RH25 but I'll keep this as a redundancy.

Something i like about it is that you can switch the rear lens and have a 1x standalone.

I can only use it with up to about 6x so i consider it a companion to my PVS24.

If you want to suppress a 308 you really need to have a suppressed and an unsuppressed setting m

RS is the cleanest way to accomplish that from what i can tell.

You can see on some of the other mini recce rifles i posted above i have several of them.

On a 16" rifle gas setup i need to try a different plunger because max gas isn't enough on the standard plunger. But it comes with a couple plungers.

I used paint marker to mark "suppressed" and "unsuppressed" si i don't have to try to remember for each gun.

It's a straightforward concept that's well executed. If you want ADJUSTABLE gas, not just "dialed in one time" gas, then this is one of the best solutions on the market.

I went with an SLR Sentry on my 12.5 .308 several years ago (I tend to use them on a lot of builds, especially non-5.56). I didn't know about RS at the time. I had it pinned to the barrel and had the port opened up that way I would have a larger range of gas settings to play with. I liked it for the same reasons you mentioned, like having defined detent settings not just a set screw.

It just isn't as intuitive to know what setting you are on (basically have to remember number of clicks out from "closed") nor is it as easy to adjust when it is tucked under the handguard like I have it.

Riflespeed didn't exist several years ago.

But yeah basically what you mentioned is what they bring to the table. I'm not thrilled about the price but they seem to sell everything they make and are constantly restocking. So the price must be low enough for the quantity demanded.

Its a POF rogue... Not a large frame.
Here are 2 POF Rogues next to a scar 17, 2 556 guns and a large frame 308.
Attachment Attached File

The Rogues use a 556 size bcg, AR15 handguards, and an AR15 upper can pin onto the Rogue lower. ie. the pin spacing and dimensions are the same. The guns also weigh the same as an AR15.

I am out of the country again so i can't take a new pic with the AGM on a 556 gun, but I'm telling you it's pretty similar.
