Rifle shoots amazing. It's the clown pulling the trigger that needs improvement. Me and a friend (the one that gave me BRD) sighted it this past weekend and then ran some Federal GMM 69gr through it. Last 10 rounds of the day were .8MOA. I was really happy. I have a bunch of Black Hills 75gr .223 and Black Hills 5.56 77gr coming to me in the mail. From my research I have learned that these barrels love the heavier bricks. My wife has already claimed and named it "Madeline" and asked me when I am going to build one for myself. She seems to think this one belongs to her now.
ETA: Oops. What I meant to say was the last 10 rounds (two 5 round groups) were .8MOA each. Guess I should proof read my posts a little better. |

Best groups I've ever shot with my SPR were with Hornady TAP 5.56 75gr and BH MK262 5.56. Also, my wife claimed my Noveske 14.5" Afghan and the kids fight over my SPR since I run it suppressed. http://i735.photobucket.com/albums/ww359/jboy723/Gun%20Shit/SPRShootDeland2011-7-1.jpg What color is that? |

I just got my new rifle a couple of days ago. Hope to go shoot this next week! I had a Noveske N4 16" FSR a few years ago but only was able to keep it for a month. Now, I have finally replaced it with an N4 Light Recce Lo-Pro.
Hopefully this pic works: http://i265.photobucket.com/albums/ii206/jenkmatt/Noveske/N42.jpg |

Who did the refinish? Not 100% sure but, it is a factory FDE finish from Noveske. They did a special run of 50 SPR's and 50 RECCE's with the VIS uppers. It came as a complete package minus optic. These were procduced shortly after they did the Magpul runs. |

Any new news from Noveske?? Quite a bit of rifles have been taken out from their website. Also, how long did you guys have to wait for your rifles??

Gun control is like trying to reduce drunk driving by making it tougher for sober people to own cars.

It is a PA Micro which sits a little bit higher than the Aimpoint. The PA Micro/ HK mount combo provide an absolute cowitness. Plus, the Larue HK mount just looks badass compared to the normal Larue mount . |

Noveske's NST barrels have a lighweight profile in comparison to their standard medium contour SS barrels. Surprisingly, there is little, if any, accuracy differences within effective ranges. NST barrels are tits. |
