All the PDW talk and a thread on 4.6x30 & 5.7x28 in GD has me wondering about a 221 fireball on a converted 1:7 bbl . The 1:7 could handle up to around ~87gr ...
Would be fairly efficient in a 10" bbl . * or a converted 6arc bbl for a 6whisper/6×35 https://www.shootingtimes.com/editorial/loads-for-221-fireball/464793#replay 9/10ths of the .223 .... probably 10/10ths in the short bbl with less blastiness |
