Fuck I really hope it’s real I just bought it off tacswap a few days ago, it hasn’t gotten here in the mail yet which is why I’m reusing the pics from the seller I just joined today because there’s not much of a market for this stuff on tacswap and I’ve been fine reading thru the arfcom forums without having an account before but I figured it would be good to post this up on here When I get it in I’ll take better pics and post em up and hopefully you guys can tell me I didn’t get scammed |

Ok here it is, fresh out the packaging. It seems legit to me but idk what’s your guys verdict.. and daggertt, thanks for automatically assuming the worst about me but as you can see I’m not even the same skin color as the guy who’s Reddit post you linked to, which had the same description word for word as the tacswap post so I can only assume I bought it from him. |

Not saying one way or another but weren’t the model number marking more in the center section of the rail similar to the FFRAS rails instead of at the receiver end? If it’s legit and you got a good price, good on ya. But something just looks a bit questionable to me. Have you tried mounting it to a receiver yet? A lot of the air soft/mil sim parts tend to have quite a bit of wobble in the threads… Edit, maybe it’s the lighting, but the finish looks a little odd too. Specifically the finish on the front sight parts. Possibly cerakoted??? |

Haven’t tried yet I don’t have any receivers without something already on them so I’ll have to go do it at some point which will be a bit of a process but I’ll update when I try Edit the description from the seller said the pic rails were scalloped (I’m assuming he means he had them scalloped) and the rail was cerakoted. |

If you don't want to use it on a build because it's "so hard to find" then why did you just buy it? And how had you not received it when you posted at 6pm therefore requiring you to post old pics from Reddit, and then explain that to us at 8pm ...and then at 11pm, you somehow got it "fresh out of the packaging" to take better pics? What - did the UPS guy stop by at 10pm? They don't come to my house that late. Red flags - your posts have them. Doesn't mean you're a bad dude, but fuck yeah I'm going to call you out on red flags, especially when it sounds like you're trying to get someone to buy it off you. |

Are you mentally deficient. And yes lol the usps dude did come at 10 Edit, how would you know my skin color? Idk maybe look at the pics I uploaded where im holding the barrel but and you can see the color of my skin  |

Here's an FDE URX4 on a build I just put together and took out today to get function tested and zeroed. It's really lightweight with a 16" faxon pencil barrel and a 15oz Leupold VXR 4-12x. The PVS24 adds some weight of course. Attached File |

Here's a mock-up of another build I'm working on. 13" urx4 with an 18" criterion core barrel. I'm not sure if i want to keep it 18" or have it chopped down to 16". The riflespeed gas block would make gassing a rifle-gas 16" barrel easy. I don't think i get much additional benefit from the 2" in reality. But with the can on it, i would definitely prefer to lose 2" of the end. What do you guys think? Attached File Attached File |

Here is a bit more info from some KAC marketing material. They made more than 100 taupe and also some in FDE Cerakote that they also called “Taupe”. Im biased but the OG taupe is the coolest in my book. Just a regular old SR-15 IWS that was lucky enough to get plucked off the rack as spray painted next to its big brother M110s headed overseas.

I think I have about $1280 into the rifle itself At one point I made up my mind I was going to get the 14.5” mod 1 upper whenever it was released but when it was commercially available it ended up being about the same price as a whole Taupe 16” rifle. I had already bought a complete IWS lower but at the time I couldn’t justify the added cost for some sexy dimples I went with the complete Taupe 16” rifle instead. I sold off the Taupe rail panels and vfg early on and have been enjoying it ever since. At the time it seemed like crazy mondy fit an AR but I wanted one really really good factory rifle. |

The size and weight are good, the glass is clear and the price was competitive. I'm not sure the ATACR or Vortex 1-10 will be worth the extra money in terms of the extra performance they might provide. |

Early EMC (welded dust cover, re-profiled deflector/ejection port/gas block) sporting a ribbed URX III. Was hunting for a long tine MAMS but wanted to avoid impacting accuracy while keeping it compatible with modern suppressors. Definitely a grail piece for me. Will be sporting a USMC rear and S&B 5-25 alongside suppressor shortly
