Once the EMC system came out, barrels and gas systems were sent for armory fitting of existing uppers. When/why/how long this went on before the actual complete EMC uppers/rifles went out or exchanged is still unknown to me. Gaston’s is one of two unique variations that I’ve wanted to clone. The other is an EMC barrel that was put on an old mk11 platform, pre-shell deflector. Had the Larue sr25 rail. So that was a really old rifle that received the EMC barrel retro-fit. Still not certain if the sand cut carriers were part of any of that before the complete uppers. Edit - front riser is for matched clip-on height once the sunshade is removed. |

Was rearranging the safes trying to fit the new stuff and found this. It's an XM110 that lost to KAC, so it fits in the M110 thread, but I hope I don't get banned for posting DPMS in the KAC master race section! It does blend in well with the carpet though

Changes: Dedicated lower receiver (Vero Beach non-ambi is back with the Lunchbox) Swapped the A2 for a PRS PEQ-2 mount installed Sling QD installed (reverse side) Suppressor still in jail and will hopefully be released by summer ... Charlie Mike

Got a DRMO'd Leupold scope from a friend here on ARFCOM, it's exactly what I needed for this build! Real MARSOC upper and scope! All that's left is to get the lower cerakoted
