Meh I’m not so sure I want it anymore if street price is going to be nearing 5k , kind of a hard pill to swallow when a $1500 rifle can send the same round down range (.308)
To you .277 fury ,6.5 creedmore guys more power too you |

Prices will be crazy initially, but then will settle down. You can still be interested in it, without being interested in being the first to have it. |

I see the stock is a modified version of a Magpul stock - wonder if they will have that and the folding assembly available separately for those buying the pistol version.
Will the handguard support a rail-mount 203? |

SBR arrived yesterday.
It feels a lot lighter than I expected. It’s comfortable and balanced. No noticeable rail flex with unscientific methods. I’ll probably run it with a Razor 1-6. Shooting tomorrow - hopefully for groups. I’ll get pics with K and full size suppressors. I need to get mine cerakoted in FDE. Unless there are some reliability or accuracy issues, I’m very happy. |

Grifters gonna grift, and gunbroker retards gonna go full retarded. It’s a match made in heaven, until the gullible buyer realizes that weeks/months gone by and they still don’t have a gun after being out the money. |

I think the LMT MRP is about the only thing really suited for a rail mount M203. |

The not-really Next Generation Weapons Program

I'm not ngl, just skimming through the article, it seems like they watched a certain YTers mud test and generalized the rest of their statements based on general sentiment

I had that same thought as well.

View Quote Dr. Allan Orr is a strategic studies specialist who focuses on asymmetric warfare. His current analytical interests include hostage rescue, where he developed an interest in small arms following the Lindt Cafe Siege in Sydney, Australia. I don’t know what the author’s credentials are besides being Australian and consistently bashing the NGSW and SIG for a few years. Developing an ‘interest’ in small arms after an event that happened nine years ago doesn’t instill a lot of confidence. But the “references” he uses in that editorial are YouTube videos like GT and maybe Alabama Arsenal and his own opinion pieces. In this day and age, real research has been bastardized by the “trust the science” bs backlash. Real researched opinions are formed by the scientific process, data, repeatability, and peer review. None of which is referenced in his editorial. Instead, he posts links to YouTube personalities as reference to “failures” of the 6.8 round. All IMHO and worth what you paid for it. ETA: I picture this dude sitting in a posh flat in Sydney, watching YouTube, and never having pulled a trigger, or even a bullet from a case. |

that army times thing comes across real click baitey, I saw a YT vid like that the other week, some veteran, vehemently against this or that but his basic knowledge he based his opinions on was really lacking. Disappointing stuff |

View Quote Total BS story IMNSHO. The claim that the rifle won't penetrate Level 4 armor is based off the Alabama Arsenal video showing their testing of commercially available ammo. And in that test they specifically said the projectiles were not AP rounds and therefore probably didn't penetrate for that reason. And this silly Army Times article seems to think that the only AP projectiles are made from Tungsten, which to also wrong. A pretty biased, inaccurate, and poorly done bit of writing. |

I wonder if they're shipping with Lancers or PMags.
