My 1st SBR. It is a Spike's Florida hometown forum lower I assembled with a Spike's enhanced LPK.
The upper is also a Spike's 12.5" The red dot is from primary arms. I should have a chance to shoot it Thursday or Friday. I need to get a couple more YHM Quick disconnects.

I think the ACOG BDC's are calculated for a 14.5" M4 shooting m855. Running the numbers through a ballistics calculator gives this result with M855:
RangeDrop Range 14.5" 10.5" 0-1.4938-1.4927 50-0.17090.0062 100-0.00050.0055 150-1.1162-1.6796 200-3.6709-5.2630 250-7.8404-10.9923 300-13.8275-19.1548 350-21.8668-30.0839 400-32.2307-44.1655 450-45.2354-61.8435 500-61.2468-83.6258 So At 200 only 1.5" difference At 12" difference at 400 10.5" seems to fall off after that, down to 22" difference at 500 Crappy Pic I just took cuz itz a pix thread:

Crazy question, anyone here running an RMR on their SBR? I have one on the way and interested if its a good optic for a red dot for my own, so I 'm asking for advice and pics if possible.
...or should I just mill out a slide and join the red dot pistol club
