Not sure if I like the magnifier on there yet...what do y'all think?

I did...I really like the way the SL look, but without a suppressor, I like the regular MOE handguard.

Palmetto State Armory lower receiver with all mil-spec internals. The upper is a 7.5" .223 Wylde Stainless Steel M4 profile barrel from MASDefense, Palmetto State upper receiver, with MagPul furniture. The muzzle brake is a Rousch Angry Boar Muzzle Brake and then behind that, i just dropped the end cap in and then threaded on the muzzle brake. Probably not the safest but damn its fun. Optic is an EOTech XPS2-0 and as for the magnifier, it was for shits and giggles...I found it in a bunch of parts and thought, why not?

Here is a picture of it without the magnifier and before I installed the MagPul MVG, next to my 10.5" upper.

Its a Rousch Angry Boar Muzzle Brake, made for .223/5.56 and 9mm. I wanted something like  a Flaming pig but as short as possible, and it measured out at about 2 inches so I went with it. Works well.

8" 300BLK on top and 11.5" 5.56 on the bottom.

Got a chance to shoot both with the SDN-6 today for the first time. I couldn't be happier. Both mounts lock up tight and no POI shift.  I'm not sure the smile on my face can get any bigger but I'm sure it will when I work up some sub loads for the 300blk

Similar blasters.  I've been dragging my feet installing optics....was going to go RMR but T1 may be better.

I just got caught drooling on myself.  Embarrassing.  I'm building an SBR nearly identical to yours.  It took me forever to be able to afford the 10.5" Switchblock upper, but it was well worth it.  What an amazingly accurate short-barreled upper!  My stamp should be approved any second now, literally.  I had kicked around a coating like yours or a burnt bronze, but I'm hesitant on "molesting" the Noveske lower I have since it has the plum hue to it which looks cool as-is.  Seeing yours has me second-guessing myself.  Thanks a lot....haha!
