Only yesterday morning I read a piece which quoted the House Majority Leader as saying that the Republicans would not fight about funding the "wall" during the negotiations on the short term spending bill. They intend to put that fight off until December. Now the President has agreed to extend the debt ceiling ... until December. Coincidence?
