There was some crazy young black guy that stopped his SUV at the intersection with Mazeroski Way once he realized it was him too. He starts yelling (more like a loud voice to get his attention since Nutting was completely ignoring him) about why he removed all the Negro League displays from the third base/LF gate, that had been there pretty much since the stadium opened. nutting didn’t even look at him, even after the guy got out of his vehicle and started walking toward him. Blocked traffic and all. The thought did enter my mind when I spotted him was that I could assault him right there. But i had no sort of melee weapon, and he is a big guy, easily 6’4” so a few inches taller than me. Then I was hoping that guy would go nuts and take him on. Maybe even run him down with his Escalade. I could’ve been a hero to some. Even if the lame Pittsburgh news media would’ve cast me as a villain, but prison time is not something I aspire to. In the end it’s easier to just not go to the games at PNC and save my $ for other things. Not nutting’s wallet. |
