Go to 6:40 on the video to see the collision.
Update: While the cop did hit 151 MPH on the interstate, the actual motorcycle crash was probably traveling roughly 60-70 MPH on a surface (non-interstate) road. 151 mph Pursuit Of Speeding Biker rear ends Motorist At 135 Mph |

Saw the movie …. Ends the same way, or thereabouts.
Toecutters Death |

Only better ending for me would have been his body being split into multiple pieces like the bike. Fuck assholes that have no problem putting other peoples lives in danger.

It’s a little surprising an AR officer didn’t pit him. I was hoping for it at the start.

Quoted: .... he seemed relatively unhurt? Luckiest dumbass ever View Quote If he'd been wearing actual riding gear, he'd just feel a little sore. It looks like he slid/rolled more than anything after hitting the other motorist, which helped him quite a bit. A sudden "thunk" in there somewhere would have sucked a lot more. |

Humm....the screaming in the background when the cop pushed the mic button was....Ooof size OUCH.....
...on that note.....how the hell did he think that was going to end. I was a bit surprised the cop caught him on the interstate, either the bike was less than 600cc or didn't have any stamina to hold on above 140 MPH for very long.....the moral of the story FAFO. |

Quoted: He's probably gonna feel that in the morning. View Quote My favorite part was the ER nurses scrubbing my open wounds with a medicated sponge thing that had hard plastic needles/scrubby bits on one side, to get all the embedded rocks and pebbles out. 0 stars, would not recommend. |

Quoted: I can't tell if he broke/fractured any bones or not (doesn't seem like it, but who knows), but he did get road rashed up pretty good (which hurts like a motherfucker - he's REALLY going to feel it in a few hours). View Quote Was going to say, if you're planning on running from the cops on the interstate, make sure your bike tops out higher than the limiter on the police chargers |

I'm surprised he stayed in one piece and conscious.
Eta I suspect speed differential at impact was quite a bit south of 135....... |
|
How is he just sitting there?
If that happened to me my balls would twisted around an olive tree in Italy. |

These are the idiots that pad the stats for how dangerous motorcycle riding can be.
|
|
On a side note, that trooper did a fine job driving. Tip 'o the hat to you, sir.
|

They would have pulled us off at 100 MPH unless it was an escaped mass murderer on the bike. Not many places you can open it up to 100 MPH in my county for any length of time, let alone 130 MPH

I was sitting about 100 yards away at a friends lake house and heard the whole thing.
He looked like he got fucked up pretty good through the binoculars. I've seen like 3 different ASP pursuits terminate in that area because it is right off the interstate. |
|
The best part is the perp rolling around on the pavement and screaming from the road rash
|
|
I've seen recent motorcycle videos where the person is so mangled their heart skidded down the road and is still beating.

Locally we had a squid kill himself and a 9y/o girl after striking a car at high speed. Police said he had been doing up to 164 prior to impact according to his helmet cam.

That fucking squid can't ride for shit.
Hope it hurts, dumb fuck. |

He lucked out living through that. Usually it’s body parts flying everywhere.

Quoted: Probably not, the cop was doing 135 to catch up to him tho. If the MPH there is correct. If the MPH there is correct. Yeah he was definitely not doing 135 at the end there. But the cop breaking 150 to catch up at one point had me puckering a little in my chair. |
