I'm in central FL and my GPS on my phone was hunting. Took a min to get a location and it was 25 feet off which is unusual

I want to see all the Roombas in Manhattan go Leeeroy-the-Lemming Jenkins out of the highrise windows.
Good or bad, a scene like that will leave some sort of impression on Skynet. |

Will the Chinese attempt a grid attack and blame it on “erectromagnetism”?

New X5.88 flare just erupted. We’ll have to wait till morning to see if this was directed at earth.

If Skynet gets all emotional about it, and makes its move on us, maybe it's for the best; you know, fight Skynet sooner rather than later, while we still have the upper hand? |

It's finally starting to have an affect on the higher HF and low VHF bands. I am hearing weird shit on 30.775 suddenly with the waterfall showing signals going from full tilt to nothing in a moment.

So what is going on?
Are people in the know getting worried about all of these eruptions, or is this a semi normal thing that is being made into a big deal? |

When I posted that I hadn't yet seen the 5.8. HF has been bizarre lately. I went out to the truck a bit ago and dicked around on HF a bit and the only band with anything was 40 meters. I would have expected progressively higher ones like 17 up through 10 and 6. |

View Quote This is not a normal thing. Also I don’t think anyone here is worried. We are just being able to witness history and hopefully get a good light show out of it! |

View Quote It's semi normal for a star... But then things that happen every 1000 years are normal for a star. If we actually get whacked with enough coronal mass it can be bad. I think carrington was an x45 |

On 40 Meters right now, signals have severe flutter, having to send ~7 WPM for good code copy. Normally operate around 20 WPM.
