The whistleblowers say the rule is being drafted by Senior Policy Counsel Eric Epstein, who worked as the Phoenix Field Office's Division Counsel during Operation Wide Received (a precursor of Operation Fast and Furious).

I'm curious as to how they'd actually execute it. If it's really 1,300 pages; they've put together serious thought into this, but...

I just don't know.

They don't need it, they know it probably won't stick. But at this point they've realized that they can draft laws & policies funded by our tax dollars, force us to use our own dollars to fight it in court, defended in court by lawyers funded by our tax dollars. They have nothing to lose by doing this, and we have everything to lose.

Weaponized government needs to be given actual consequences by the courts and congress before this will stop.
