They skipped over Prelogar telling the Justices that DOJ, the overseeing agency over ATF, does not receive Chevron deference when criminal penalties are involved. ATF is going to have some explaining to do, as plaintiffs have brought that concession up in other cases already. Kharn |

Well it was a set up and the neighbor was arrested for the illegal sale. Several thousand dollars in lawyers fees later he avoided prison. If you are randomly selling you just never know who the buyer really is. |
