Don't know the particulars of this case, happened a number of years after I retired from GPD. Did not hear anything about this turd, likely some employees made criminal complaints regarding his "conduct." He was not on the radar when I was working, do not know when he opened that office. If he had been in action during my time, I probably would have been told about it.
