As much as Arfcom likes wasting years and $1000's on fighting.
Amicable divorces are easy. Just go talk to a D lawyer, tell him what the two of you have agreed to and have things written up. Heck you can both walk into the same place. |

Get an attorney to draw up the papers for an uncontested divorce. If you don't you'll still eventually pay for an attorney...

You likely have only a limited window for an amicable divorce. Sooner or later, she'll get to talking to her friends or something, and decide that she's been victimized. Bend over backwards to stay on her good side, but trust is a mistake - she is no longer on your team.
