I was pretty small in HS. Went to college, lifted weights, drank beer and grew. I'm 5' 11'', 164 lbs now.

Genetics are genetics. I’m 5’8. Dads side is short. Moms side is taller. I lost that bet. Maybe far down the family tree there was some taller folks and the genes might slip in this time.
About the only good thing my ex mother said to me that stuck was “if you’re going to be short, you gotta be strong”. Short and strong is way better than a human beach ball. |

You get what you get . I’m the short one in the family , brothers are 6’3 and 6”6 , dad is 6”4 , all 5 of my uncles are 6’3” or better. I’m stuck at 6’2”

My mom is 5'3"
My dad was 5'7" I'm 6'1" He may well grow a bit more and wind up close to or at 6'. I was growing until I hit about 20. |

tell him to get funny. He'll likely grow a little more but probably nothing too substantial.
A lot of short people end up extremely extroverted, most movie stars are short as fuck too. |
