How does that disagree with what I said? Can congress pass a law banning abortion? Yes they can. They can’t force States to enforce it, but they can pass a Law making it a federal crime, and that does not violate the 10th. |

Well, the actual United States Supreme Court managed to find the right to abortion (via privacy with the treating physician) in there somehow, and that ruling stood for *decades*. Many of the posts are referencing the reality that abortion, especially in the first trimester, has very strong support, and that doesn’t appear to be waning. Evil or not, it’s not going away. |

Not one in 200 years. A simple legislative change to definitions and that’s that. |

I know our right to keep and bear arms is the 2nd amendment. That said which amendment is abortion listed under as a protected right in our Bill of Rights
Also who are the pos on a progun site that voted to ban guns essentially doing away with the 2nd amendment. Show your selves. I'm going just by the poll, not my personal feelings. |

Baby-killers shouldn't have access to firearms, so I guess the American electorate will get what it deserves. The 20th Century is clear, God-less socialists that sponsor state sanctioned infanticide don't support it's citizenry having firearms, but hey maybe Sig will bring back the P-239.
