I can't imagine what that girl is about to go through.I ruptured my ACL and tore the miniscus last June and recovery is tough,at least I had use of one leg.

Back in the 80's, an international competition in Japan had the springboard improperly set up for the vault, and the American girl (12 or 13yo) didn't get any bounce from it and speared the horse face first. Broke her neck. Total quadriplegia, and she died sometime later.
