Unfortunately though, I don't think we've advanced far enough for a real life tricorder that can say if you're at imminent risk of a heart attack or stroke.

My dad regularly visited the doctor - and was in good health.  Still died from a heart attack no test detected.

Was he a smoker?  BIL had a stroke a few weeks ago, chronic smoker, in his 60's.  He survived.

Local swat guy died like that.  He was at a What-a-burger.  Everyone else was eating burgers, he was eating yogurt and granola.  A massive brain hemorrhage took him quickly.....an extremely fit dead guy.

My friend lived, was basically a 6 year old mentally, went from making 6 figures (1990's so real 6 figures not today's BS) moved back in with his folks who had to take care of him, lost track after that as he was a work friend more than a buddy.
