Chewy normally, but crispy to crumble up in grits.

Soft.  Crispy is too cooked.

This is factually the best bacon!
Once the wife found out about oven bacon, we have never looked back! It is perfect and heaven on a cookie sheet with crumpled foil!

bacon makes everything better.
It is the duct tape of the kitchen.

Crispy!

Soft, but almost crispy. I hate crispy, crunchy bacon, most of the time it's overcooked and tastes like ash.

Whatever. Just put it on the plate.

I'll take it from there.

Like I tell them at the cafeteria. "If it ain't breakin', it ain't bacon."

Crispy back, but not too crispy.

I have to say, I find crispy bacon less better and soft bacon more better. Not soggy mind you, but certainly not crispy.

I thought liberals didn't like bacon, PETA and all...

Not under-cooked soft and definitely not over-done crispy, more like properly done chewy!   Of the two extremes, I'll take under-done instead of crispy (which is basically burnt).

Gonna go with this.  I can't stand crispy almost burned bacon.

if it all crumbles it is too crispy but it should be a little crisp.

Pretty much sums it up for me.

I like my bacon crispy like a potato chip around the edges, but pliable in the middle.
