I wonder if this was a deliberate attack, or if, as someone else postulated, a poor attempt at hiding it in air ducts, that went wrong.
Fentanyl, and especially Carfentanil, are some scary substances. The Russians already tried using the stuff as a chemical aerosol and unintentionally(?) killed a whole bunch of people with it in a hostage situation (far more hostages than hostage takers) so it definitely works. |
