Mitchel and Webb Look sketch show.

They are the guys that did the Nazi SS skit trying to figure out if they were the "baddies" or not.

If you have Prime, Brit Box is like a $1.99 for a two month special.

I'd watched lots of the individual shows, but this winter we've gone through all of Black Adder, AbFab, Antiques Roadshow (much better than the US version) and now we're about 3/4s of the way through Red Dwarf. They're all funny (except the AR, of course), but much better watched in the proper sequence.

Rimmer disappeared last night, and now I know why.

Season 1 is good.
Seasons 2,3 and 4 are absolutely amazing!

Honestly, I would start with 2 or 3, and then watch the first one afterwards, if you enjoyed them.

Yes Minister
Yes Prime Minister

2 of the funniest British shows ever. They're even better if you've ever worked in or for government (the insanity of how close it can come to an actual day at the office can be hysterically funny).

Otherwise - Black Adder, Red Dwarf, Allo Allo, and Fawlty Towers are also amongst the best the UK has ever produced.

I enjoyed the series "Still Game".  It is about a couple of Scottish retirees who have been buddies for a very long time and their issues/adventures.  I enjoyed it so much I binge watched the entire series over a couple of weeks.  Sort of like a Scottish "All in The Family" but with a couple of retired Scottish guys and their favorite pub.

I'll +1 to "plebs".   (I'll +1 most everything else, but "plebs" wasn't getting much love)

It was on Amazon a while ago and may still be.

Other's have mentioned these, but they are my favorites:

Are You Being Served? and its sequel Grace & Favour
It Ain't Half Hot Mum - Might be hard to find because its considered "racist" today.  It does give have one of the greatest lines in TV history (IMHO), "Oh Dear.  How Sad.  Never mind."
Black Adder
Dad's Army
