Do these retards think mosins are some kind of precision sniper rifle?

They can't afford anything better.

Certainly possible, but don't kid yourself..... a Mosin will flat kill your honkey-ass dead as fuck at ranges most guys won't attempt a shot with an AR15 with the baddest ass farkle sprinkled over it they could find....

In WW1, the US Army taught soldiers using the 1903 that a rifleman shooting a rifle to a 4moa standard is capable of dominating 160 square acres on his own against shoulders-up human silhouette targets. I've seen and experienced for myself this in action at an Appleseed long range shoot..... 4-500 meters is no problem for a Mosin and an Average shooter given good instruction.

Looks like aluminum welded or riveted together, hogged out with a handheld dremel, and finished with an 80-grit belt sander

The sad thing is that if the guy had just sat down with a chunk of wood and a pocket knife, he probably would have ended up with a more comfortable stock in less time

70 yards x 70 yards in a square acre.

13 acres x 13 acres in a 169 square acre lot

70yards/acre x 13acres = 910 yards long

Now stand in the center of that lot (effectively dividing the 910 yards by two). From the center, you would be at most ~630 yards from the furthest point away (assuming a square lot - in a circle you'd be a lot closer)

He's right.

I want to find one that's been super-bubba'd, that's already screwed up enough that no one will mind, get the tax stamp, and make an Obrez.

I don't think square acres means what he thinks it means. If something is 9 square inches, it's a 3"x3" piece.

Similarly, 160 square acres would be a 12.6 acre x 12.6 acres

You and I have done the correct math on this one.

It is not like any of these guns were terrible guns to start with , other that changing them to get a certain retarded look there is no gain , none of them will work as well as the original gun

No.  An acre is a measurement of area so it already is square (43,560 sq ft).  A square acre would be in the fourth dimension.  For example: 3 foot x 3 foot = 9 ft sq.; 9ft sq x 9 ft sq = hypercube

I figured in the case of a "square" acre it literally referred to the shape of the object, otherwise it would be as you describe.

I want an Obrez. I remember a few years back someone was selling stripped mosin receivers. I was seriously thinking about getting one. Problem is that they were still rifle receivers per ATF.
