tl;dr - A-B hires a clueless girl to re-brand Bud Light based on her own warped fantasy. The campaign fails spectacularly. A-B doubles down, more failure. A-B struggles to distance itself, fails again. Now, the trans community is boycotting A-B for trying to distance itself from the mentally ill. Major bank downgrades A-B stock.

I know a guy that drinks bud light every night. It's his go to beer. He still buys it by the case. He's also a ratweasel cuck with a micropenis - if that tells you anything about people who still drink that piss water...

I drank Budweiser for 35 years, when this debacle started I switched to PBR. To be honest I’ve developed a taste for it and I doubt I’ll go back to Bud. PBR is cheaper and I can get them in 30 packs. Thanks A-B!

They’re trying to buy back shares @ a 75% discount and the only folks suffering are the poors who make what little they have within that ecosystem.

Quoted: Explain that? Right now I think the only people suffering are AB management missing bonus targets, and perhaps a few brewery employees. The Euros who own this thing are just gonna push this as far down as they can get it and buy shares all the way down. They’ll probably take this tiny little portion of their portfolio private and chop it up into little bits. |

Has A-B really taken that large of a hit? I figured it was a smoke and mirror affair.

Sorry OP, I disagree about "clueless girl." She knew exactly what she was trying to do, just like all those woke major companies. She just underestimated the blowback.

They seem doomed to me. I can't imagine what they could do from here to fix it.

Don't think other brands aren't watching this fluster cluck. Maybe they'll learn something.

OP is under the impression the woman and a-b were clueless. They did exactly what they planned to do: normalize trannies.
They just misjudged what the reaction would be. |

My brother played in a golf tournament two days ago.
They were making announcements before everyone grabbed their carts and the guys says "all carts have coolers on them stocked with beer. And before you ask, there is no bud light". Everyone laughed their asses off. AB is so fucked. |

See it’s about brand loyalty. If I told you I’d pay you $10,000 never to use an Apple or Samsung product (whatever your current brand), or said you could never own a foreign car the rest of your life, you’d likely decline.
Beer? There’s a million of them and you can swap one for another pretty painlessly. |

Was out with friends last night for dinner. Ordered a Yeungling just because it seems to be the biggest winner in this mess.

This is a perfect example why businesses need to shut the hell up and just sell a product instead of pandering. Trying to play those games guarantees to piss off the group against whatever you're pandering to and in this hilarious case prove that you can roll that into pissing off not only the group you were originally trying to impress but also people who aren't even playing attention before.
Woke claims another casualty. Wonder if they go bankrupt if I can pick up a Clydesdale cheap. |

Personally, I prefer when companies are vocal about their politics. Makes it easier to know who to avoid.

If AR15.Com members were to buy controlling interest in stock of AB and then cleaned house and turned it back into a real (good) beer company would it be a success?
Could AB be rescued? |

Quoted: Make a good product. Fuck politics. View Quote You can't if you're a public company. Activist investors get involved and force wokeness. Most banks require you have a high enough "woke" score to keep getting financing. They are purposely killing famous American companies that are deep rooted into our culture. It's very obvious and there's not much we can do. We keep supporting them and they keeping being influential in changing our culture. We boycott them but no real change occurs other than killing a legacy. |
