Who is going to hold a rally in support of bump stocks? The NRA has an effective monopoly on the gun rights movement and they demanded that Trump ban bump stocks via executive order. Even if they were against this, what infrastructure is there set up to arrange a pro-2A rally? They're not an activist organization they're some lobbying and educational org. No one shows up to pro-2A rallies because all of them currently have to be organized ad hoc via facebook or email lists something.
