What you say makes a lot of sense. It's because we've been inundated with this circus of a family for so long, and this thing with Bruce (which might be sincere, it's not like I think he's making it up) is just the straw that broke the camel's back. BTW I happened to catch part of the interview he did (they re-aired it a few days ago on Bravo) and it doesn't sound like he's had his man-parts removed yet. He's not thinking that far ahead, he says. He even hedges on whether he'd get into another relationship, and if it would be with a man or a woman. He said he was "asexual" and at age 65, it's not like he's looking to get laid all the time anyway. He said he just wanted to be able to wear nail polish long enough for it to chip.
I feel sympathy for him, but it is SO WEIRD. But I don't hate him. I hope to avoid hearing endless updates on this saga. It's a novelty now, but ... in the end it's just another circus. |
