Used to have the first gen Rock n Roll figure without the swivel grip.  It was hard to put him on the gatling cycle when he can't move his forearms.

Had the membership.  Still have my dog tag around somewhere.  Uses to get all the stuff you could send in for but not buy in stores too.  Looking back made an error in my youth deciding to get rid of it all one day.

Anyone remember this limited edition?  It was a special kind of rare:

  That was an awesome thread!

They were all really good toys ....

If I had to choose it would be the W.H.A.L.E.

I had this big snow tank type thing, it shot these little black disks.  For the life of me I cannot find it on google.  I seem to remember a Jeep looking thing, but I haven't found it either.

I had that too.  The disks shot far.  Still over at my parents house in the closet

I had tons of the vehicles; Cobra always had cooler vehicles I thought. But the Mobile Command Center and whatever the AH-64 Appache look alike was were my favorite I think. I'm sure they're still around somewhere at the parents house; they still have art from grade school stored...

sounds like this

yojoe.com has a vehicle and figure listing (by year is easiest to look up unknowns due to pics) that can be a neat trip down memory lane looking through stuff you had

I never knew anyone with the aircraft carrier.. but between me/brother and the other kids in the neighborhood, we had at least one of everything.

I shutter to think at how much money was spent around christmas buying those toys..

towards the end, we figured out how to take the people apart and swap legs/arms/heads/etc and I still have a box with well over 150 "parts" of the figures..

I think I'm gonna try and salvage the old ones at my parents house for my son to play with when he's old enough.

Anyone know of what's a good replacement for the rubber "O" ring in the men?  I'm sure they're all dry rotted

I passed mine on to my middle son a few years ago. I found a pack of o rings at Lowe's and rebuilt mine.

Memories...  I actually have all of mine (circa '84 to '90) boxed up in the basement.  Most of it's in pretty good shape, other than the WHALE.  The fans are jacked.

I wonder if it's worth anything?

Airborne was my favorite, but unfortunately he lost his thumb and his plastic crotch piece broke
