Every shop worker at my work just got $3k after tax and holidays pay for Christmas and New Year
 I bet the higher ups and office workers get even more than $3k

I get 2.5x overtime for working the holidays. And yes I work on holidays. I'll get two such days for Christmas and one for New Years. But there is no such thing as a bonus in my industry.

I do not get a Christmas bonus , but they disperse a profit sharing check if we get one at Christmas time .
I got $1100 yesterday . 29 years at my place .

We get end of the year attendance bonuses
no non approved days off and no late days gets you 2% of your yearly pay 1-3 missed days/late 1.5% 4-7 missed days/late 1% 7-10 .5% |

Our Christmas bonus is 40% of monthly pay x 1.3 multiplier for years of service. With my birthday being in December and using up PTO, my last actual day of work in the office for 2022 was Dec 13
Spring bonus for company performance is usually another 8-10k. |
