Sure, in the winter.
I can't recall a time I ever put the hood up however, even in shit weather. I just don't like the feeling of having "blinders" on. FWIW I have not and can't ever see my self purchasing a hoodie to wear. I have a few and they were all gifts of some kind or other. |

Absolutely, I don't go into stores with my hood up and I'd never approach a stranger with my hood up though. I also don't drive with my hood up, obviously, because that would restrict my vision.

I wore my team ones in college, pre and post game only. We dressed preppy in the classroom.
For casual wear, I maintain an age appropriate wardrobe. It's a generational issue, imo. |

This thread is timely... I was driving through a neighborhood on my way back to the office from lunch today, and saw a young man walking in said neighborhood, pulling on a black ski mask and flipping up the hood on a red hoodie. Something tells me he wasn't on his way to sing in the church choir...

IIRC, only time I wear a Hoodie is while I'm coaching baseball and it's cold out. Being able to keep hands and baseballs in pocket is great as is keeping head warm
