Lets break this down. I am looking into 3-D Plastic Guns being sold to the public. Already spoke to NRA, doesn’t seem to make much sense! The first statement. The lawsuits trying to stop the files implied that Plastic Guns are being sold to the public. He has already spoken to the NRA prior to the tweet. He said, and I completely agree, that doesn't seem to make much sense, because it wasn't true. This is the tweet that proved to EVERYONE on this thread masturbating to finally being either 1. Right about Trump or 2. Gonna finally vote from the rooftops and get to shoot BATFE agents who are going to seize all the guns door to door. I want YOU to explain how his tweet "showed his ass on gun rights" be specific now. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Tweeting is how Trump bypasses the communist media and speaks directly to the american people. A 'gun free' school is a magnet for bad people
Fact – the tighter the gun laws, the more violence. The criminals will always have guns. Isn’t it interesting that the tragedy in Paris took place in one of the toughest gun control countries in the world? "@TarekR: @realDonaldTrump What do you think should be done about Gun Control in the US?"All good folks that have a gun should control it! Obama’s own gun study proves gun control is ineffective Did the Boston terrorists register their guns? No. Another example of why gun control legislation is not the answer! I guess we all see what we want to when it comes to Trump. |

Congress shall make no law.... it is pretty simple the CAD files are free speech just like the anarchist cookbook or all those government manuals that were published back in the 1960's
The courts will not rule in his favor if he pursues a ban on the CAD release that is 100% why the feds wrapped it up. |

Talk to Congress about the first two. Don't believe I ever saw a Trump statement one way or the other on the last one. View Quote I blame the NRA for the latter one. There are some EOs he could fix with a pen. I am fairly confident if the NRA pushed it, he would. Maybe post mid-terms. He certainly doesn't want to throw ammunition to left. That stuff doesn't resonate with anyone except for the fringe of the gun community which, whether we like it or not, we happen to be. |

And its pretty clear no one on here understands what happened with the Akins Accelerator, how it works, and who was president when he got fucked. View Quote Basically it was a bump fire technique generated by a mechanical device. People say it was "approved" but that's not how this works. ATF doesn't approve anything. Bush administration and it was under that same administration ATF deemed the device to be a machine gun or conversion device or whatever it was they said. Did I miss anything? Did I get anything wrong in that? |

Quoted:
From what I understand the Akins Accelerator works by using a mechanism that utilizes a spring to harness the momentum generated by the discharge of a firearm to push the firearm and the trigger forward allowing the trigger to reset. Constant finger pressure to the trigger pulls the trigger again which allows the weapon to discharge so long as that pressure on the trigger exists and the device continues to use the recoil to reset the trigger. Thats it. The key point being, like the bump stock, is that the trigger was reset each time. Instead of forward pressure with the off hand, it used springs. View Quote It's not just that the language in the proposed rule change is bad; it is.
