Couple of times. For the 11/10 it’s not enough for her to have a perfect body. It requires something a bit more. Usually it’s in the eyes. Sometimes she will be ever so slightly uncanny valley, but just barely.

The best phrase I’ve heard of to describe them is “achingly beautiful”. Sometimes it’s literal where it’s actually slightly difficult to look at them much.

Mine was sort of the same.  A Russian woman from one of the 'stan republics working in a tourist shop in British Columbia, 2005.  Just...took my breath away.  Haven't seen anyone like her before, or since.

Second runner up: When I was stationed in Oklahoma, I was living in Midwest City just outside of base at Tinker AFB.  I worked nights so was usually home during the day, and one day a woman knocked on my door collecting for one of the animal shelter support groups.  Blond girl, about 24-25, not much makeup...but something about her just...rang.  I didn't have any cash, but it was summer and hot and she asked if she could have a glass of water.  She came in for a glass of iced tea and we talked for about 20 minutes before she left.  Voice, smile, mannerisms, laugh...all cylinders firing.  I still remember her name, and that was around 1993.

Yeah.  Achingly beautiful works...perfect description.
