I was in physical therapy last week and a 20 something walked in and turned all heads, men and women. Every head turned and watched her walk. My PT clinic is like a gym, open concept so no where to hide. She was wearing a black body suit that looked painted on. She was built like a classic dancer. Lean, firm and not an ounce of fat on her. She walked like a cat. A combination of posture and don't give a fuck attitude. the next time I saw here she had dressed down but could still see the build. Shorts and a T shirt. Didn't matter.
Was at the DMV one time and this gorgeous a\Asian woman walked in, dressed like she was going to a party. Again, the whole crowd waiting went quiet and watched as she walked across the room.

I think pheromones account for that +1 that makes an 11. Every now and then I come across someone who just goes zzzzt! almost instantly. (That's chemistry or electricity.)

Yup, that's how it was with my SO. Now, don't get me wrong, she is VERY attractive... but I know a lot of very attractive girls. But the moment I saw her (middle of the day, no alcohol involved, in work attire lol), it was an instantaneous "she is the most amazing thing I've ever seen, yep, I'm going to be with that woman, and I want her to be the last one".

Also, getting to know someone can bump their numbers, not only is she beautiful, she is very intelligent, trust worthy, fiscally responsible, etc.

My best friend is the same thing... she is naturally beautiful, with/without makeup (works as a model part time)... but is also motivated, hard working, and outside of my SO and my parents, is the person I trust most in the world. That definitely puts her to 11/10 for me.

Agreed. I've seen some beautiful women, who definitely get noticed just by walking into the room, but I've also seen some who were closer to average looking but you could just feel their presence. Stunning.

I've seen a lot of super pretty ladies buy not much stands out so I will put no 11's but some pretty solid 10's.

As far as guys I typically don't notice them. Considering I'm not banging guys. But to the spirit of OP's thread. I have seen one distractingly attractive guy before. I kinda wished I looked like that.

Lp probably would have liked. Late teens to early twenties. 5'4" approx unblemished mid tan/brown skin Arabic ethnicity. Brilliant green eyes, if I looked like that I would have all the ladies. But based on the way he smiled when he saw me looking at him. I would say girls weren't his speed.

Went to high school with one. Absolute doll baby beautiful.

She didn’t know it either. She was such a sweetheart. I have no problem talking to women. Never have, but this one was so pretty, i would catch myself looking at her

. Her personality made it perfect.

Edited to add after reading more responses.

I understand the instant attraction thing. My wife is very attractive to me and i fell hard for her very quickly. Looks aren’t the most important thing for me
