What in the the titty fucking sprinkles is wrong with the cock fags at the DEA? The war on opiates is getting out of control. I can’t get a fucking prescription for Tramadol after having two teeth extracted. What in the fucking fuck is this bullshit? Dentist was like yeah…they really cracked down on any opiates…again tramadol… who the fuck gets high off tramadol? The dentist can offer me a Xanax for any anxiety but some cock sucker at the DEA says…better not let someone have tramadol after someone has ripped teeth roots out of your skull…that’s not reasonable apparently

Well, this sort of thing just says that you and everyone else suffering from severe pain are weak and immoral people who cannot handle a little pain. So the DEA has to safeguard your morals and the morals of everyone else by making prescription drugs incredibly difficult to obtain.
They are just doing it for your own good. What do you think you are? Some kind of filthy hippie? (This is intended as sarcasm about the overwhelming corruption, insanity and hypocrisy of Americas drug polices btw.) |

Call your congressman. I don’t write narcotics for any tooth treatments anymore. As a pt you just get to deal with it. It’s not right but I didn’t change the law. They didn’t make it illegal they just made it to big a pain in the but for me to write them.

I started my journey of being addicted to pills at the dentist. Wrote me 30 vicodins for a crown.
It's not his fault I got addicted. It's all mine. I fucking love opiates as it turns out. Took me 2 years to kick them. |

When I had my wisdom teeth out I used Toradol (I had seen back patients using it at the hospital I worked at). Very impressed, did great for my mouth pain. Isn't Toradol a non-narcotic anti-inflammatory? |

I had a kidney stone and they only gave me 6 pills of Lortabs
Then I had the worst ear infection of my life. Couldnt sleep for days. Would rather have a kidney stone. They told me to take some Tylenol

Wife just had some reconstructive surgery. Doc was willing to hand out about anything, OxyContin ...whatever. The sandwich maker opted for Tramadol. I think she’s taken one and some Tylenol. She’s a hell of a lot tougher than me.

Up here almost all the docs are so scared of the dea they just won't prescribe, send you to a pain management clinic to be treated like an addict, usually just tell you to take Tylenol and keep it under 3 or 4000 mg a day so you don't burn your liver out

Wife had a "mommy makeover", tummy tuck, boob job, and some lipo a couple of months ago.. Doc doesn't prescribe opiates. Tramadol, celebrex and something else I don't remember.

Broke my leg and back and received 3 days of Vicodin. That’s it. Tylenol and Advil after that. Been living on it for 2 years. Now neurology tells me after I had my stroke in February that Tylenol isn’t good for extended use because it restricts blood flow. Great. Sit and suffer I guess.

I didn't even ask and my dentist gave me 7.5-325 Norcos, and a refill when they ran out. I had part of my jaw sawn out though, and so many Novocaine shots that the outside of my cheek was bruised.
When my wife had surgery on her neck the checkout doctor gave me a few Percosets in a blister pack for her, just said give them to her if she needs them as she comes down off the Dilaudid. Seemed real nonchalant about it as if he was giving me a pack of gum. Maybe I don't give off the pill-seeker/junkie vibe. ¯\_(?)_/¯ |

war on drugs is a joke, the doc refuses to help people in real pain with safe meds, because of gov, while that same patient can walk out to the parking lot and buy heroin . yay, problem solved. |
