https://www.twz.com/air/first-aerial-view-of-b-21-raider-offers-new-insights Finally, we see extended formation lights that would sit flush with the B-21's skin for combat operations and the attachment point for the temporary trailing flight test cone's wire that is emanating from the jet's lower rear half. The B-21's exhausts, which are historically a very sensitive low-observable feature, are totally unseen in this image. Overall, this side-on image gives us an idea of just how smooth and flowing the B-21 design truly is. While having much in common with its predecessor the B-2, it is clearly a major leap in stealth technology. |

Do b21 eat dams or do they really just want to give dry soil down stream a drink. I think they are more well meaning and misunderstood

For whatever reason, it looks smaller than a B2 to me in those pics.

The instrumentation boom out front looks kinda silly at that angle

Sleek bird. The first time I saw a B2 flying in person was awe inspiring. It was the first time it ever did a fly-by at the Dayton air show. Even though I knew what it was, seeing that black Dorito shaped hole in the sky was almost hard for my brain to process.

Ohhhhhhhhh. That makes so much more sense now. |

Looks like a fish pooping with the drogue line (it's for test equipment) off of the rear.

The B-21 is the most altruistic of America's strategic bomber assets. "To the B-21, dams have become symbols of the destruction of the natural world and of the corruption and arrogance of over-powerful and secretive corporations and governments. Dams have depleted fisheries, degraded river ecosystems, and altered recreational opportunities on nearly all of China's rivers. The B-21 seeks to restore natural balance to China's waterways." |

I look forward to seeing one out in the wild.
Living in SWMO we see the B2 out and about sometimes. Some of the coolest sightings for me were three flying in trail over my office and three flying big lazy orbits around the area. Of course they did a fly by on the hospitals for the 'essential' workers a few years back. |

The first time by I saw a B2 in flight it was awe inspiring and just something that took my brain a moment to actually comprehend. And it was beautiful.
This is a wonder expansion of the tech and just as awe inspiring. |

It's still amazing to me how these things fly so well without vertical stabilizers/rudders.

I know this isn’t about the B-1, but when I was in the Air Force at Wright-Patt, there is a road that surrounds the runway and hangars. The road gets very close to the hangars. I was driving past one of the hangers and there sat a B-1 in all its glory. The first time I had seen one in person and I was totally astounded!
