Looks like a union democratic donor.
Now I’m done with benchmade. |

That poster who posted about the tyranny of family-owned businesses nailed it. The owner”s boys told him he had to make a statement, but they also were too scared to tell him what he needed to say. And the owner does not understand the ferocity of the shitstorm. View Quote View Quote |

I am now thoroughly convinced to stay far, far away from Bitchmade.

View Quote But, after watching that video, I strangely feel like I need a Cold Steel knife to carry around with me. |

Glad my last two knife purchases were ZT and Boker but I gave them a shitload of money for a purchase of 10 knives for my team last year.

That was a statement, but it wasn't much of a clarification and it certainly wasn't an apology. I'm not sure what he was saying, other than, "We will continue doing what we've been doing." What was the point of that? View Quote |

Damn! Terrible delivery and editing. He makes Wayne LaPierre sound like Winston Churchill.

and holy crap...just watched the video...that was painful..Im embarrassed for the guy..

Benchmade could simply have said no to the PD when asked to help destroy firearms. Also, the PD needed specialty equipment to destroy the firearms?
Since when is a chop saw "specialty" equipment? Easy enough for the PD to buy a 200.00 dollars saw from Harbor Freight. |

Talked for two minutes and didn’t say shit. Also lol at “comments disabled...”

9 pages late to the party but damn that was a sad attempt at a response...

Well... morning is here. I slept on my decision all night. Still couldn't decide between a Zero Tolerance or the Spyderco Manix 2. So I ordered both. And a Kershaw.
Interestingly enough, I learned that Amazon won't ship a freakin' pocketknife to the People's Republic of Massachusetts. Good thing I still have the NH address. I swear, every day on this planet seems slightly more disappointing than the one before it. |

I wonder if the owner of a certain firearms company in Oregon will still be making the Benchmade tactical pens for them, or if he'll refuse the purchase orders.
Interesting times. Lines are being drawn. Gonna be interesting to see where everyone is when the music stops. |

Poorly done, both in timing (48 hrs later, really?) and content. I really don’t care about the destroying crime guns a court ordered destroyed. NBD. If it saved the taxpayers of that city money it’s probably a good thing. What I do care about is the donations to the left. The ongoing pattern of that tells me all I need to know. That whole “bribe” or “protection money” excuse doesn’t work with me. Mr de Asis sold his company’s soul to the enemies of liberty (and business), and doesn’t seem too apologetic about it. I’ll let the fictional Gunnery Sergeant Hartmann express my thoughts on this (profanity warning): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nOG-kkDGaRc The companies that split the donations between D and R are giving us a reach around at least... I don't buy it because it doesn't pass the "talk to action" test. That guy says he makes donations to preserve manufacturing industry in the U.S.A. If this was true, even half true, he'd be throwing money at Trump.

The exact opposite video - when a business owner tells it straight...instead of like an evasive little weasel:

Nice public statement. Calculated to placate us and not make the Dems mad either.
Nice explanation in the description for why you give money to politicians who would take away our rights. So why did you disable the comments on the YouTube? |
|
Lol....I'm more pissed off after the video, than the initial reports. His speech there truly ensured I'll never spend a dollar with them, and I'll tell everyone I meet the history of Bitchmade.
You can clearly see that man views certain animals as having more rights than others. He's an authority worshipper as well. |
