I placed an order for a SD Rifle and few other items to use up my 35%coupon was going to sell them for a profit. I had already sent them a list of processing problems during my FFL shipping confirmation communication which pissed them off.

Nick asked if I wanted to cancel my order replied with a no and that I would tell him if I wanted it cancelled. His next action was to cancel it and said he was issuing a refund.

Geissele would and still does not reply to my phone calls or emails so I filed a complaint with the BBB which is waiting for Geissele's response. I sent the BBB the entire email thread as evidence.

Geissele deleted the thread in the Industry Forum that listed several posts how Geissele deletes bad reviews....guess they didn't like the criticism so they deleted the entire thread listing the examples. They don't respond and don't want to honor the 35% off coupons from their BFS clown

Below is a VERY short email thread. (The entire thread of documents was submitted to the BBB as evidence to support my compaint against Geissele.

Nick,

I did not request my order to be canceled so why did you do it? Keep the order active, ship my items, and have Bill call me. You do not have the right to cancel orders because I reply with some of the negative experiences I have with GA.

Will you remove my comments on social media too? Will you have me banned from forums when I post negative feedback? What is going to be your reply when I file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau?

Is this the way you treat a 100% disabled veteran of the US Marine Corps that served 22 years active duty and a former Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor?

Jeff

Jeff,

It’s all about intent. If you buy a firearm with the outright intent of reselling it, then you need to have a FFL. If you’re buying a gun you want but sell it down the road (for profit or not) then no reasonable prosecutor would press charges.

He did say "flip it". Usually that means put it up for sale right away. Buying a collector gun and a couple years later and it happens to be worth more isn't an issue.

You got fired OP.       FYI I don't work for Geissele.

I work for a large firearms accessory manufacturer as a "product specialist", meaning I'm the guy that answers the phone/emails to answer questions and provide my knowledge so our customers "buy once, cry once."

Don't you realize the ENTIRE industry is overwhelmed with orders, not just from individuals, but from our long list of well established dealers and distributors that account for 80% of our business.

The "Amazon" mentality that people have become accustomed to, that they will have their order YESTERDAY is BS. Grow the F up.

Our inventory was wiped out 6 weeks ago and we have machines running nonstop, even on weekends now.

A 3-4 week backorder time is what it is right now, no different than after Obama got elected or after Sandy Hook.

Machining, deburring, sand- blasing, anodizing, laser engraving, assembly, QC testing, packaging, invoicing and shipping takes time. And repeat that for over 300 individual products we manufacture in house?!?!?

Stop calling. Stop emailing every other day. You'll get your order out as soon as we can. We understand your bored at home but come on, the zombies aren't coming over the wall!!! Every call/email takes someone away from some aspect of their job that would help your order ship sooner.

We don't fire customers btw. We also don't charge CC's until we ship your order so that helps, but please people RELAX.

I wouldn't have done to a customer what G did, but I WILL bet my ass there is more to the story OP.

SHORT ANSWER: OP, you pissed of a busy company at a busy time. Sometimes the squeaky wheel gets the grease, and sometimes it gets the boot.

Stay safe and god bless.

Shane.

Time has nothing to do with it.  You can buy a gun, find a better gun the same day, and sell the first gun to pay for the second. Totally fine.

Its the intent to resell at the time of purchase that is the ATF issue.
