Quoted: I placed an order for a SD Rifle and few other items to use up my 35%coupon was going to sell them for a profit. I had already sent them a list of processing problems during my FFL shipping confirmation communication which pissed them off. Nick asked if I wanted to cancel my order replied with a no and that I would tell him if I wanted it cancelled. His next action was to cancel it and said he was issuing a refund. Geissele would and still does not reply to my phone calls or emails so I filed a complaint with the BBB which is waiting for Geissele's response. I sent the BBB the entire email thread as evidence. Geissele deleted the thread in the Industry Forum that listed several posts how Geissele deletes bad reviews....guess they didn't like the criticism so they deleted the entire thread listing the examples. They don't respond and don't want to honor the 35% off coupons from their BFS clown show. Below is a VERY short email thread. (The entire thread of documents was submitted to the BBB as evidence to support my compaint against Geissele. Nick, I did not request my order to be canceled so why did you do it? Keep the order active, ship my items, and have Bill call me. You do not have the right to cancel orders because I reply with some of the negative experiences I have with GA. Will you remove my comments on social media too? Will you have me banned from forums when I post negative feedback? What is going to be your reply when I file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau? Is this the way you treat a 100% disabled veteran of the US Marine Corps that served 22 years active duty and a former Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor? Jeff Jeff, I was being honest and only trying to help. I'm going to save you any further concerns for trouble with this order. I've had it cancelled and the refund issued to you. Feel free to spend your money elsewhere. Thank you, Nick Nick, Great company man speech....... I did not request my order to be canceled did I? If I wanted it canceled I would have stated it. A 3-4 week backorder time is what it is right now, no different than after Obama got elected or after Sandy Hook. Machining, deburring, sand- blasing, anodizing, laser engraving, assembly, QC testing, packaging, invoicing and shipping takes time. And repeat that for over 300 individual products we manufacture in house?!?!? Stop calling. Stop emailing every other day. You'll get your order out as soon as we can. We understand your bored at home but come on, the zombies aren't coming over the wall!!! Every call/email takes someone away from some aspect of their job that would help your order ship sooner. We don't fire customers btw. We also don't charge CC's until we ship your order so that helps, but please people RELAX. I wouldn't have done to a customer what G did, but I WILL bet my ass there is more to the story OP. SHORT ANSWER: OP, you pissed of a busy company at a busy time. Op, don’t mind these guys.
It’s obvious Geissele didn’t respect you as an authority and someone they should be thankful as willing to flip their products. The best course of action is to continue to get a hold of Bill. He built his business on the backs of folks like you and despite his thick portfolio with government contracts and blazing sales during the biggest gun sales surge ever, he won’t forget his roots and the little guy. Geissele isn’t just a brand, it’s a connection between Bill and you. You deserve that rifle and other goodies. |

Perhaps Geissele felt selling to OP was dangerously close to a straw man sale so they didn't want any part of it... And that is if we ignore the way OP dealt with Geissele. Some businesses just don't want some folks money or business.

I've only had one interaction with Geissle customer service, and I was very.... underwhelmed. That said, in this case OP has a few issues, and appears to be in the wrong. Seems to be a case of When Assholes Collide.

Are you aware that there are people in this world that have a severe medical condition which causes them to be that way? My mother for instance is one of those people. She is a truck driver that has bad knees and a bad back from driving the truck but you probably do not care about that case either. Oh well I am not one of those people I am 6'4" 245lbs and I exercise every day. I would love to see you say something like to my mother in front of me. Probably never happen though you are probably just an internet tough guy. I doubt very seriously you would say that to someones face. Just my thought.What do you think. Oh I am sorry you probably do not have a brain. I on the other hand will be happy to buy you a plane ticket to come here and see if you have the nerve to say that to someone I know. |
