"According to state police,Krawetz had removed Levesque from Twin River for disorderly conduct and kicked her while they were waiting outside for a patrol car. The assault was captured on surveillance video" http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=4bd_1325762425 was I wrong for laughing at this video? |

My first reaction was to laugh.......is that bad
eta.. Why do people think it's ok to hit the police. |

Uncalled for by her, very unprofeshunul on his part.
Tho I think she probably learned not to kick people. |
Guy judo kicked her and went back to writing the citation like it was nothing. |

Funny, yet bad. Yeah. Not really the thing to do... but definitely what you want to do. Love how he just goes right back to writing. |

Needs a bumper sticker for his cruiser that says, "Like a boss".

Exactly WHAT DO YOU EXPECT will happen if you kick a cop?
Sheezuz. |
He should have taken a step back and then charged her with assault. He done fucked up. It was pretty funny, though. |
He is a professional and should act like one. That kick wan't necessary.

Looked like a "good kick" to me, very professional, nice delivery, very smartly done, in good form and didn't even miss a stroke writing with the pen!

That popo just knocked a wasp off of the nice ladies hair. He did her a favor, that's all.
Hey, don't kick a cop because you're going to lose...but that was a bad kick and the cop is probably receiving "counseling". Shit like this gives chiefs fits.
Wow! He certainly does not need to be wearing a badge and carrying a gun.
I am thankful for the camera, she will get hers and hopefully the judge gives appropriate punishment to the cop. |
Looks like she tried to kick the cop in the balls.......she can fuck off.....and whoever charged the cop with assault it a sniveling liberal pussy.
She kicked the cop, the cop kicked her back
I really don't have an issue with this one |
Lady just earned a paycheck - and probably a dismissal of whatever it was she did to get cuffed...
But that doesn't mean most of us wouldn't instinctively do the same thing in the same situation. I predict this will henceforth replace the "box punch" .gif in all future threads. |
The cuffs were on. She should have been controlled, not struck.
Wow look at all the authoritarian sycophant cock gobbling going on in here.
Takes a real tough guy to think that a woman who is handcuffed should be kicked in the head because she "kicked" a cop in the shin. Kicked is in quotes because what she did doesn't really count as a kick. May all the women in your lives be treated so well. |

She was wrong for kicking him, and should be charged accordingly. The cop was even more wrong, if that's even possible. The cop is a fucking coward IMO. |

Sooooo.... what's the problem here? It was caught on tape. |

if I was on the jury = innocent
for the LEO not the Lady she is guilty.... what he did was a "Normal human reaction" in other words reasonable and proper action...because he did not hesitate it was a reflex like motion... |

if I was on the jury = innocent Until it's you that's in cuffs, getting kicked. The woman was not a threat, period. 1.) I don't do things that get me put into cuffs 2.) If for some reason a LEO did put me in cuffs I would not kick or kick at said LEO. 3.) If for some reason I did kick the LEO I would not complain if he kicked me like that. Now if the cop waited like 10 or more seconds and thought about it and kicked her I would have a problem with it....but the fact that it was a reactionary kick tells me that he did nothing that most people would have done in the same situation. |
Good kick, yeah. Probably shouldn't have kicked her in the head though.
Oh well. |

I deal with these people and they're SCUM.
That said we have a Constitution and bigger issues at stake with civil liberties, which is why we have to tolerate SCUM like her and extend them all rights and protections under the law even though they're SCUM. SCUM like that crank out six kids as well. I can't believe all the SCUM out there breeding like damn animals multipling their SCUM DNA that later generations will have to deal with. |
