Everyone knows that once cuffed, the suspect is entirely immobilized, and entirely incapable of: Kicking Biting Running away Tackling Pulling out a gun and shooting people etc We "know" this, despite many examples to the contrary. |

Meh, I don't have a problem with it. Anyone who fucks with a cop like that is stupid, and stupid people tend to win stupid prizes. In this case it was a kick in the head. Think of it as training her Father and Mother should have given her and failed.
On the other hand, doing it on camera was probably stupid on the cop's part, and he, much like the stupid woman, is probably going to win a stupid prize. Like losing his job or being suspended without pay. And I don't have any trouble with that either.

I dislike unprofessional government employees as much as the next guy, but if someone strikes you, there's a good chance your initial reaction will be to strike back. If you take a look at how quickly he kicked her back, it would seem that it wasn't really a conscious effort or at least not out of spite. Something similar happened to me once while playing frisbee footbal. Someone slapped my face on accident while going for the frisbee and I immediately punched them back, in the face, without even thinking about it or meaning to. |

i love bashing on cops. strangely I dont have much of an issue here though. maybe the nutty bitch learned a lesson. She shouldn't have kicked him. But the officer shouldn't have returned the kick either. Was kicked before by a drunk when getting him out of the car didn't really give a shit about it he was handcuffed. Somethings you just have to let go when in this line of work.
