Seemed like a pretty harsh response by GBRS - calling the police on your shipping manager because one package went missing in transit. Yeah, the video showed him carrying it out the front door, but apparently he walked packages out the front door all the time to drop them off at FedEx and other shippers. And that appears to be exactly what he did here as well. And then after calling the police, getting him arrested, and then realizing it was a mistake, they terminated him? Must be more to the story, but based on what's known now, really makes them look like shit. Whoever is in charge of shipping should be fired for incompetence. You have someone pack the box, log it's weight, create the shipping label, and when FED EX or UPS comes to pick up the package it is scanned before leaving your facility. That box should not leave your property until it is recorded that someone else is legally in charge of it.
