A buddy of mine built this costume for him and his baby girl 4 years ago and went viral all over the internet.  I will never come up with an idea to beat this.

My kids are 9 and have no interest in Halloween whatsoever.  Bums me out a bit.

I've started brainstorming for this year. No solid idea yet, maybe a rare Pepe(sexy tranny Pepe?) or sexy Pinochet with a toy helicopter.

None of you guys know how to play this game in an election year?

For 2016, you give out a Yuuugggeee candy bar with Trump/Pence stickers for mommy & daddy's cars...

I don't get any kids at the door since I live in an apartment style condo. I'll take some candy to work for the communal candy jar.

Celebrated my way last week with an underwater pumpkin carving event (aka Dunkin Punkin ) where I carved in scuba gear and costume and won a nearly $800 piece of gear.

Bumping this thread, did a dry run of a few of the decorations.  I have a few lighting effects that I need to trial tonight.  I changed the fog machine location around as last year it was too close to the door and nobody could see anything.  No real theme to our decorations.

We've hung this guy in a tree in the past, his little lantern turns on.  We'll leave him here I guess, though we've turned the chair to face the entryway...

Finished my pumpkin today, we have three more to set out...

I'll be passing out candy and scaring little kids. This is my basic costume, I've since added a bunch of blood and torn the suit up.  I have a pair of zombie hands to wear as well...

Yea the bar was pretty nice last night.

Pro tip. If you want every woman in the bar to talk to you all you have to do is bring your dogs into the bar with you like I did.

Yep. It's the one day a year I am allowed to comment on my wifes friends and their slutty clothing. The other days of the year I notice it, but I'm not allowed to say anything.

My wifes friends dress suggestively a lot.

I went out to the bars last night dressed as Harambe. Put on a gorilla mask and a white shirt with "Dicks Out" written across it that was full of bullet holes and fake blood. Got a lot of laughs and a bit of butt hurt. I guess it was too soon for some people.

Cryptkeeper! Love the quarenteen sign. Fog machines are tricky but worth the effort. I hope the neighbothood kids appreciate all the effort you've put in and not just the 'free' candy.  National Lampoons Christmas Vacation really drilled into me the sheer amount of work it takes to make decorations happen on holidays after my first attempt. Stuff ain't cheap, teenagers break or smash them and wind or weather can wreak havoc. I like to drive the neighborhoods and marvel at what people have done. Instead of listening to me pointing out things my son falls asleep in the car. edit for the pumpkin carving - that's the only thing my son is enthusiastic about besides candy.

I dressed up and went out to a party this year. Didn't really see an option in the poll similar to "fuck it, good reason to get drunk and look at chicks in slutty costumes".

Well, we had 30-40 kids come through our place.  Our house worked out pretty well with my costume.

One annoying aspect, we back up to a small one lane country road, across from that is another nieghborhood. Some kids were trying to jump over our fence, crashing through about 12 feet of dense brush and trees.  Before they got to the fence I lit them up with a 500 lumen flashlight and told them to get lost.

They did this last year and knocked off a board from my fence.  I had to fix it and dragged a bunch of new brush over the path they used so I guess it worked.

I don't mind if they want to trick or treat in our neighborhood but I'd prefer they not run through my back yard.

Overall it was a fun night, I think I had as much fun scaring little kids as my kids did trick or treating,
